Refund Policy

General Policy

Due to the digital and usage-based nature of SpamXpert services, refunds are limited. By subscribing, you acknowledge that service access begins immediately upon activation.

7-Day Limited Refund Window

New subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of their initial purchase if less than 10% of the included protected minutes have been used.

Usage-Based Restrictions

Refunds will not be granted if more than 10% of the allocated minutes for the billing cycle have been consumed.

Subscription Renewals

Monthly subscription renewals are non-refundable once processed. It is your responsibility to cancel before the next billing date to avoid renewal charges.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not provide refunds for previous payments.

Chargebacks & Abuse

Filing fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
