Description of Service
SpamXpert provides AI-powered call screening and automated transcription through a monthly subscription model with a fixed number of protected minutes per billing cycle.
Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled. Each plan includes a set number of protected minutes. Unused minutes do not roll over to the next billing period.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund previous charges or restore used minutes.
User Responsibilities
You agree not to use SpamXpert for unlawful activities, to comply with applicable telecommunications and call recording laws, and not to abuse or interfere with the service.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Limitation of Liability
SpamXpert is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days.
Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, or excessive chargebacks.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States.
